Purposes of data processing by the responsible entity and third parties
We process your personal data exclusively within the framework of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we obtain your consent for processing personal data, Article 6 1 a serves as the legal basis. In the processing of data necessary for the performance of a contract with you, Article 6 1 b serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures. Where processing of data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject, Article 6 1 c serves as the legal basis. If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, and if your interests and fundamental rights do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Article 6 1 f serves as the legal basis.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned above. We only disclose your personal data to third parties if:
  • You have given your express consent,
  • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you,
  • Processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation,
  • Processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data.

Collection of general information
When you access our website, general information is automatically recorded. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider, and similar details. These are exclusively information that does not allow conclusions to be drawn about your person. This information is technically necessary to correctly deliver the content requested by you from websites and is mandatory when using the internet. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us to optimize our website and the technology behind it.

Users of our website
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected via a cookie.

It is processed for the following purposes in particular:
  • Ensuring a smooth connection setup of the website,
  • Ensuring smooth use of our website,
  • Evaluation of system security and stability, as well as
  • For further administrative purposes.

The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest from the aforementioned purposes of data collection. We do not use your data to draw conclusions about your person. The recipients of the data are only the responsible entity and, if applicable, contract processors.

Anonymous information of this kind may be statistically evaluated by us to optimize our website and the technology behind it.

SSL Encryption
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use encryption methods that correspond to the current state of the art (e.g., SSL) via HTTPS.

Cookies
Like many other websites, we also use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a website server to your hard drive. This automatically provides us with certain data such as your IP address, the browser you used, the operating system, and your connection to the internet.

Cookies cannot be used to start programs or transmit viruses to a computer. With the information contained in cookies, we can facilitate navigation and enable the correct display of our web pages.

Under no circumstances will the data we collect be passed on to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent.

Of course, you can view our website without cookies. Internet browsers are regularly set to accept cookies. In general, you can deactivate the use of cookies at any time via your browser settings. Please use the help functions of your internet browser to find out how to change these settings. Please note that certain functions of our website may not work if you have deactivated the use of cookies.

Use of Google Analytics
This website uses the service "Google Analytics," which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), to analyze website usage by users. The service uses "cookies" – text files that are stored on your device. The information collected by the cookies is typically sent to and stored on a Google server in the USA.

On this website, IP anonymization is used. The IP address of users is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. As part of the agreement on data processing, which website operators have concluded with Google Inc., Google uses the collected information to evaluate website usage and activity and provides services related to internet usage.

You have the option to prevent the storage of cookies on your device by adjusting the settings in your browser. However, it is not guaranteed that you will have unrestricted access to all functions of this website if your browser does not allow cookies.

Furthermore, you can prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google Inc. by using a browser plugin. The following link will take you to the corresponding plugin: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Here you can find further information on data usage by Google Inc.: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en

Use of Script Libraries (Google Webfonts)
To present our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Webfonts are transferred to the cache of your browser to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support or blocks Google Webfonts, content will be displayed in a standard font.

The call to script libraries or font libraries automatically establishes a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – currently, however, unclear if and for what purposes – that operators of such libraries may collect data.

You can find the privacy policy of the library operator Google here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Google AdWords
Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an advertisement placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that personally identifies users.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can reject the setting of the required cookie – for example, by configuring your browser to generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies or by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "googleleadservices.com".

Please note that you must not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not want measurement data to be recorded. If you delete all your cookies in the browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.

Newsletter
When you sign up to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be informed via email about circumstances relevant to the service or registration (for example, changes to the newsletter offer or technical aspects).

For effective registration, we require a valid email address. To verify that a registration is actually made by the owner of an email address, we use the "double opt-in" procedure. For this purpose, we log the newsletter subscription, the sending of a confirmation email, and the receipt of the requested response. No further data is collected. The data is used exclusively for newsletter delivery and is not passed on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for newsletter delivery at any time. Please send us an email to info@rezi.at.

The newsletters are sent via the mailing service provider Intuit Mailchimp, 405 N Angier Ave. NE, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA. You can view the privacy policy of the mailing service provider here: https://www.intuit.com/privacy/statement/.

Our newsletter tracks opening and click behavior. Specifically, the following information is tracked: time of delivery, time of opening, duration of opening, IP address of opening, email program used (Mail Client), which link was clicked, and the time of the click.

The storage and processing of this data is done exclusively for the purpose of sending recipients tailored and relevant content. This data is processed exclusively within the European Union and is not passed on to third parties or merged with other data. The data is stored until the newsletter is unsubscribed.

Contact Form
When you contact us via email or contact form, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

Deletion or Blocking of Data
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data minimization. Therefore, we only store your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here or as long as provided by the various storage periods prescribed by the legislator. After the respective purpose ceases to apply or after expiration of these periods, the corresponding data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with legal regulations.

Rights Related to Personal Data (Data Subject Rights)
Under applicable law, you are entitled (under the conditions of applicable law), among other things, to (i) check whether and which personal data we have stored about you and to receive copies of this data, (ii) request the correction, supplementation, or deletion of your personal data that is incorrect or not processed in accordance with the law, (iii) request us to restrict the processing of your personal data, (iv) under certain circumstances, object to the processing of your personal data or revoke the previously given consent for processing, with such revocation not affecting the lawfulness of the processing until the revocation, (v) request data portability, (vi) know the identity of third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, and (vii) lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

Change of Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, such as the introduction of new services. The new privacy policy will apply to your renewed visit.
